I love swiss roll, always buy pandan kaya swiss roll from King’s Confectionery. I love pandan flavour cakes/nyonya kuih… mm.. but anything green in color looks good right… not Hulk though.. >.<

When I saw this chocolate mascarpone cheesecake from Baking Obesession, I know that I must bake this cake! It looks too tempting; soft & smooth texture of the cheesecake with rich chocolate taste. Who can resist this? I can’t!

I’ve read in many blogs about tangzhong (water roux) bread making method. It yields soft & fluffy bread which can be kept for days and still remain soft! I wanted to try it out myself. Almost all of the blogs are using a stand mixer to knead the dough. Too bad that I do not have a stand mixer, hence I”m using hand knead.
